Digital Products — All Sales Final All digital product sales are final and non-refundable. Once a digital file has been delivered, we are unable to issue refunds or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

Handmade Jewelry — 30-Day Return Policy We want you to love your piece! If you are not completely satisfied with your handmade jewelry purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and we will make it right.
