4. Handmade Jewelry We accept returns on handmade jewelry within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original, unworn condition. Please contact us at crystalcoppercreations@proton.me to initiate a return.

5. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments.

6. Shipping Digital products are delivered instantly via download link. Physical jewelry orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect addresses.

Digital Products All digital products are delivered instantly via a download link sent to your email upon purchase. No shipping is required. Please check your spam or junk folder if you don't see the email within a few minutes.

Handmade Jewelry We carefully handcraft and package each jewelry order with love. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before shipment.

Domestic Shipping (United States):

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

International Shipping:

  • We currently ship to select international destinations. Delivery times vary by location and are typically 10–21 business days. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at crystalcoppercreations@proton.me with your order number and photos if applicable. We will do our best to make it right.
